Standing in the principles of “systems thinking” where everything is connected and any action or lack of action in one critical area impacts people, departments, results, and culture downstream we look at the whole of your business and determine where the biggest impacting factors are while providing support, services and/or coaching for you and /or your team to take actions that will move you towards your goals as a business owner or department leader.
This is more complex than a belief that the whole is greater than the sum of its parts. This is about understanding the system of an organization which includes human behavior and business processes.
Humans are at the center (including the organization as a group of humans) of the complex system that is as exciting as it is frustrating depending on your view. The old days of believing it is possible to leave your personal life and all that it entails every day at the door are long gone. However, the attitude of “bring your whole self to work” without understanding what that looks like inside the system is also not workable.

If the process is not capable to deliver the desired outcome, then all the execution in the world will not make a difference. Perform the actions, measure the results, check the process capability and revise as necessary.

About Our Founder
Amayea Maat is a masterful and dynamic executive with a passion for bringing humanity along with the power of leadership to the world of business.
With a career spent in creating and leading organizations within fortune 100 / 500 companies like Xerox, Intuit, and Cigna Amayea fell in love with the power and results of Organization Effectiveness not only on the bottom line but in the lives of the people that she worked with.
Utilizing her training/education and absolute passion in that area she consistently delivered above and beyond expectations for the organizations in which she worked. This included shareholders as well as employees and customers. Her methods, approach and leadership style gained her unprecedented results in employee engagement and customer satisfaction while delivering for the business.
Along with her primary roles in organizations, she consistently mentored new leaders and created leadership development programs and opportunities. “I was taught a long time ago that the true measure of any leader is the number of leaders created around her/him,” says Amayea.
